Rumah Reposado was designed by Australian-born, Bali-based architect, Jane Swinson in collaboration with the villa owners. With more than a decade’s experience designing and building homes in Bali, Jane has developed a keen eye for blending local Balinese architecture with the needs of a traveling holidaymakers. The name ‘reposado’ means ‘rested’ in Spanish and the Villa draws on this theme incorporating the bright hues of Spanish architecture with the tropical open-living concept made famous by Balinese homes. The large living pavilion features a dining area and fully-functional bar overlooking the pool and the picturesque rice fields. Design elements include polished stone flooring, warm teak furniture, exotic Balinese plants, vibrant artwork and soothing water features.

** Upon arrival at Rumah Reposado all guests will receive:
- A ‘welcome pack’ including tea, coffee, milk, bread, fruit and flowers
- A handy Bali guide put together by the villa owners to assist you with finding the best restaurants, day spas, bars and tourist attractions. It also includes tips on transport, notes on haggling and a few handy Indonesian words.
